A: You can make repayments offline via M-PESA:
1.Go to "Lipa Na M-PESA."
2.Enter the Paybill number.
3.Use your phone number as the account number.
4.Enter the repayment amount and your M-PESA PIN.
5.You will receive confirmation from M-PESA.
